By installing or using DarkForce ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.

The Extension is a Chrome browser extension that provides smart dark mode for every website via pure CSS injection. It adjusts brightness, contrast, and color warmth without manipulating page DOM or content. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Free Service

The Extension is provided free of charge. Core functionality will remain free forever. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features in the future. Any changes will be communicated in advance through the Extension or our website.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must comply with all applicable laws while using the Extension.
• You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the Extension without permission.
• You are responsible for your per-site settings and exclusion list configuration.
• You shall not use the Extension for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

6. No Page Content Access

DarkForce operates exclusively through CSS filter injection. The Extension does not read, modify, or transmit any page content, DOM elements, form data, or user input. No text fields, captchas, or interactive elements are affected by the CSS injection process.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Dark mode will render perfectly on all websites.
• The Extension will be compatible with all browser configurations.
• Visual appearance will match native dark mode implementations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DarkForce and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Extension, including but not limited to damages resulting from visual rendering differences or website compatibility issues.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.

10. Changes to Terms
